Qatar Loves Singer, Artists Love Them Back

Qatar keeps raising the bar in Arabic entertainment, they do not do pop, instead they do tarab. Tarab is a style of mellow singing where the rich lyrics and eastern orchestra are paired so beautifully. In a night of music that pays homage to the first man of Egyptian music Mohammad Abelwahab. The night is not perfect until you bring two big guns who can bring back the nostalgic memories of the time those songs were first performed.

Egyptian diva Ghada Raggab and Kuwaiti classy singer Abdallah Rowayshed were the life of the concert with their renditions of Wahab's most famous songs. Magic was present in the concert hall when those two singers did a duet together--of another beloved classic.

Elaph caught up with them and spoke to the about the event and about their upcoming projects.
