Pepsi Egypt and Cairokee Express Yourself

Not too many indie bands would jump to do a commercial, but this hip Egyptian band Cairokee didn't think twice when they were approached by Pepsi for a new commercial titled express yourself. During the Mubarak years Amr Diab was the spokesperson for the brand in Arabia, then now came Tamer Hosny who won the contract...but that now changed.

Cairokee is a new Egyptian band and became hot during the revolution now got to earn a decent paycheck for doing this commercial. With some nice colors, captivating graphics, this makes a nice retro commercial.

Ameer Eid sang it using his vocals, but the rest of the ban was involved with the writing and the music. Pepsi is a hip brand a lot more popular than Coca Cola, but they have a problem making sales. No one desires a coke in Arabia, Pepsi could cash in and do better.
