Mashari Rashed Alafasy Daughters Of The Wind

Mashari Rashed Alafasy has a monopoly on the month of Ramadan, he is literary everywhere and that actually makes a lot of people both happy and better people for that. Comes this Ramadan season, here's his new album titled Daughters of the Wind, a collection of his Ramadan and worship songs voiced by none other than this man with the most tender voice you will hear.

This Kuwaiti reader of the Qur'an whose fame blew up due to the popularity of his recitation of the holy book. Then he started recording religious inspired songs that were popular and were picked up by most Arab TV networks. Now comes his 18 tracks album with a number if Arab songs that will draw even those who don't speak the language.

The poster of the album is kind of cool, there is the white horse, the Arabian knight, the desert, and the wind, make no mistake this album comes from a man who knows what to say and when to say it.

The album is heavy on using the Gulf poetry and the local dialect and beats.
