When Texas Sings A Song For Egypt

This is a really nice gesture from the students who study Arabic in Texas at the University of Texas who are in their first year of Arabic 101/102. This is the song that came out on the day Mubarak became the former president. Hany Adel performed it with his band and it went viral.

The voice of freedom was a big hit and it became the unofficial song for the Egyptian revolution, it got picked up by the students and their teachers in Texas and had this idea to perform the song. This song touched many Egyptians, but the fact that those young American students from Texas chose to perform this song in honor of the people is another story.
