Let's get one thing straight, kids and immature people don't enjoy Mohammad Mohie, he sings about deeper and darker things that push you to the edge. He has come to sing for the mature listeners who have been hurt by love or a loved one. Not very dancey stuff, but wise and bittersweet.
This Egyptian singer that was an A lister in the late 90s, is still out there making music and entertaining his fans, but he is not too keen on media and interviews. We all loved his sad music and found ourselves in his lyrics. His performances are nothing short of AMAZING.
His last song came in 2010 for Drama movie Zaman Al Kobar "Time for the Big Shots" about corruption. But one of his most famous songs that moves you is Leh Beyfakkarouny. Mohy would collaborate with the A list musicians, lyrics and composers. We can also credit Nasir Mahrous for some of Mohy's best gems because afterall Mahrous is the hardest working music producer in the Arab world.
