Renaissance Man of Arabic Music

Marwan Khoury is a renaissance man...a musician, a song writer, a singer, and a one man show that can craft a song, write music for it, and sing it....there are not too many of those lift in Arabia who can do what Marwan does. When he writes for the likes of Elissa, he impresses the masses, when he sings he dazzles and when he releases a music videos they ladies as well as the men race to watch it and enjoy it.

His last album came earlier this year and it came to say one thing, Marwan still got it. After the not so impressive reviews his previous album received, Marwan got back to work and gave us an album to look froward to hearing and playing again and again. Of course the album was good as it has a variety of songs more than a dozen of them to satisfy all tastes and all styles. There were few gems that everyone pretty much liked like his creative Watty Sawtik.

Tam El Nnsib is the first music video for one of the songs on the latest album, a song about the excitement of being just given your marriage certificate and all the passionate ideas that happens in the man's head once the deal is sealed and what he wants to do to please and pamper his wife. Filmed somewhere in Europe with a gorgeous model. Marwan opens the song with a traditional Lebanese mawal Very romantic indeed. Hard not to be when you have a European director who knowns what he is doing and an singer who is as good as a ion screen charmer as he is of a musical guineas.
