Hamada Hilal Rejects Sectarian Violence

No one has released Egypt themed songs as much as Hamada Hilal has. In short three months he has released 4 timely songs for Egypt, from saluting the army, to celebrating the the revolution and now he is taking another challenge. a song to end sectarian violence in Egypt.

Last week, a dozen of Egyptians got killed in clashes between Coptic and Muslim activists in stand surrounding a church, a mosque and one big rumor. It was a moment of shame that many Egyptians hated to see come true. Most blame agents of the past regime for the clashes. Not sure what to make of it, I know most people hate to see this thing happen and the great majority of it are against it.

I think people need to see what's at stake and not get worked up too worked up about rumors and unconfirmed reports. It's really terrible when people feel they are the victims of some conspiracy, they lose their heads then and do irrational things. I am glad Hamada Hilal has picked this subject to highlight in one of his songs using his voice and appealing to the better senses. Hamada has also put the music for this song.
