Fairouz Due For 2011 Lebanon Concerts

This holiday season will be extra special in Beirut Lebanon, the first lady and the finest diva of Arabic music and Lebanese style in particular will be holding 4 concerts to usher in the holidays. Every year around this time Fayrouz holds a concert of few to make the holidays extra special. She made her much anticipated comeback in 2010 when her last concert was in 2003.

she did the same thing last year, two concerts and the launch of her new album, the one that took more than 8 years to bring out to life. Her concerts tickets were the most coveted items in Lebanon during that time. I must say, those events are historic in nature. Why? Fayrouz doesn't talk to the press or make any public appearances.

And as far as we can till she still has her magic, grace and warm voice that bridges the present with that mystifying past. The price of the ticket is a non-issue, even if it gets to 200 and the economy is struggling, people will find away to snag up those tickets.
