Mohamed Mounir Is The Last Dreamer Standing

He spoke in a recent interview about the hope for a better future, he refuses to speak ill of the revolution. It's the last and the first hope. He is the closes singer to the pulse of the street, he is a creative force in Egyptian force and now he is doing the same thing in the political life.

That's what he said in his recent interview with a Saudi network. He says, the artist is an instigator and motivator. Once the revolution began, the artist should fall in line and be one of the citizens. I like that he also said, the role of the artist is not to be a spokesperson for the revolution but rather a cheerleader for it.

He also speaks about the Egyptian musical heritage from the north and the south. Watch the interview and the collection of songs considered among Mounir's hits throughout his career of 30 years. One thing, I learned Mounir has not been married. And he had a good answer for the interviewer who asked him about his plans to wed.
