Houda Saad 2.0 Back With "Lovebird" Album

Celebrated Moroccan singer and Rotana's favorite young star Hoda Saad is back with a new album and it offers a lot of what you have come to expect from this talented vocalists and now composer. Hoda is one of the few Arab singers to have lived and studied in Europe so you know that shows in her music and style.

While I checked some of the samples for the album, I found it's has a lot of offerings for pan Arabs. There's that Moroccan dialect of hers, and there's the Lebanese songs and of course she won't skip over the Gulf--the one Arab region that is actually buying music or so it seems.

However, I am not reading much about the album in Arabic media, maybe it's that the album has yet to be launched officially. It could also be that team Hoda which is based in Lebanon is not on top of their game releasing press releases and arranging appearance for this truly talented singer.

01.Ma Zal Nebghek, get ready for a great mix song that will send your heart racing.
02.Nahawel Nensa, dark! by someone who sounds like they have been wronged in the past
03.Leily Nahary, pop like they make it in Bollywood, awesome accent and amazing lyrics
04.Tayr El Hob, the kind of song Hollywood plays when they have a scene in Arabia
05.El Nas, love the sweet vocals and tender lyrics with the soft/slow melody
06.Shafok, duet with a good choice of words, a makeover for songs about cheaters and misunderstanding
07.Mohema Rasmeya, another soft song with good music production and refined lyrics
08.Mareda, creative title, Moroccan sounds sexier. The fast paced music with Western elements, I like this one too
09.Bagheto, was released as a single about two years ago, it's a real delight dance inducing too.
10.Nari, here comes the song Hoda hopes to serve as her calling card so some music producer in the West. the title says that too and it has to be a face paced song with some DJ into in English
11.El Eshra, ditto number 7

  1. I would love to buy this CD album but no one seems to sell it. this goes for 95% of Rotana CDs you simply can't find them anywhere. I have tried France, Germany and the UK and no one has them. No wonder people download free music you can't buy the CD even if you want to.
