The 100 Percent Egyptians Are Back

It takes two men and a woman to give us a new song that move us, a new song about Egypt but it makes the listeners feel they are proud of Egypt, it truly make people wish they were Egyptians. Solo songs need to move over, this Treo of young singers are ready to amuse you and draw you into their emotions and festive spirit.

Ayah leads the pack and makes the voice of the women who were in Tahrir Square, while women make 50 percent of the population of Egypt, we had few songs celebrate them as women--not just mothers. Here's Ayah taking about wanting freedom and wanting rights in this new movement. She did that while still looking as cute as a button.

Ahmad Beshtan is one of the two guys he brings a very Egyptian flavor to this song, his voice and Mawal style reminds me of the uniqueness of the Egyptian song, bittersweet moments. And Wael Amer make it all look good and sound at his best when he adds his voice to the song. Keep on smiling Wael, you have a nice smile and sounds like a true believer.

The people and the army are one hand, one and the same
