WATCH: Ashtar Nano ft. Princess Chelsie - Yolpana

Since you asked for a cute song, here's one that's not even in Arabic or a language spoken by more than a million people. A song about girl's school memory and growing up at home alongside her sbilings. It's a cute song that sounds like Iraqi and Syrian tracks. A song about school, and messing around the kitchen.

Kid songs are popular, all kids deserve to have songs in their native tongue to jam too. Princess Chelsie took that concept and ran with it. But I am also thrilled to have heard the intro by Ashtar Nano, she gets it.

Pictures: Amr Diab as a Family Man With His Two Girls and Boy!

When he is not being a rock star, when he is not selling mega complex venues, when he is not recording songs or filming music videos, he is a family man. This is an assortment of pictures of Amr Diab, the most successful male pop star for the past 30 years. He has three children, and they all take on their dad, they do look a lot like him, and he seems like a goo father.

Abdullah is his boy, and then comes Kanzy and Janna....they look about the same age to me, maybe the boy is the eldest. Amr Diab is many things to different people but people tend to agree he is the biggest name out there. He has more hits than one can count, and his fans adore him.

Amr has been married more than once, but he keeps his private life private as much as he can. He is very protective of his kids! He seems like a family man who despite his obsession with his youthful look and energy on stage, he is parent.

On a serious note, how would you feel if Amr Diab was your father? Do you have to work hard? Or do you have an easy sheltered life?

George Zougheib Returns With An Age Inappropriate (Yet Great) Song

Few years ago, George Zougheib was a little chubby boy with a gifted voice that was discovered at a young age. Now he is a teen and still held to his nice voice. He is still loosely wrapped as well, I love his voice for real. He has so many years of experience without having to be old.

For his music video he brings horses and ladies in jeans and short tees. I do not know what the kid had to be sexualized like that. Why cannot he just do something else? He is singing for another little girl that he has a crush on and the song really makes him sound like he is 50 years of age. The song is about having had it with pain and distance.

Why cannot kids just be kids? Why do they have to live romantic stories and feel that they have to appeal to the old base. Then her father finds out about this love story and kicks him out of the horse stable.

Make no mistake this is a heavy song, those who like Tarab music will cheer. I just think he is too young for this kind of music video. He has a strong voice and it seems to get better with time. The music for George's song is pretty amazing.

@HarrisJOfficial More Than The Muslim Justin Bieber

In 2013, a young British Muslim win a singing contest and he was signed up for an album with the Awakening Records label. Two years later the album is about to bear fruit and we are about to hear what this young talent is made of.

Harris J has already performed around the world next to other stars who packed one venue after another. Now he is 18 years old and ready for prime time. I do not hear a sample of what's on the album. But I know this is a young artist with a good management team.

Sandy: Good Song, Random Music Video @SandySandystar

Sandy had a good album last year, it was a milestone in her career and it had a lot of different things to many of her young fans. Aside from music, Sandy keeps her fans excited by maintaining one of the most active social media profiles. I mean lots of pictures and updates.

So the young artists just released a music video that she made on the fly in some of these sea resorts. It seems a one camera operation. It's unclear if this is in Egypt or away from it, I think it's not in Egypt.

Sandy goes for the simple girl on vacation. This is one of the better song son her album, it's a girl song where she has a crush on that pretty boy. I liked the song, I just do not get the music video it' does nothing for the song. Good song, and a music video that has nothing to do with the actual song.

The most expensive thing about the music video is the helicopter images perhaps.

And The Award For Worst Mother's Day Song Goes @SandySandystar

Mom is sweater than vanilla and chocolate? No thank you very much Sandy. Really, this is the worst silly song and feels like a weak tea. Not sure what prompted Sandy to make this dumb song. It feels like a song kids who are four years old would like it. Kids who are six years old may feel it's below them.

Sandy's vocal strengths do not land well here and it feels like a rock star being held at gunpoint to do a really terrible song. Sandy knows little about motherhood, yet she poses like one who knows what it means. Boring! I am glad Sandy is playing some piano for the song, but it's a waste and its not worthy of the sacrifices mothers make.

Listen To The Best Arabic Mother's Day Song @NJMusicProducti مساء الفل

There are many great Arabic songs for mothers (Mothers' day is on March 21 each year) We have a log history of good songs celebrating motherhood. This year, a new song gets a release and I like it a lot more because it's performed by teens who sound so cute singing to their moms.

Two male vocalists and one promising female vocalist deliver a sweet homage to mothers in a very Egyptian fashion. I love the young voices, the smiles and the energy. It's heartwarming to see grateful teens who are not glued to their social media profiles.

NJ Music Production did a fine job here and I am so happy to see them approach music differently. Mirna, the girl is a big star project waiting to happen and so is Saif Majdy. This is a good trio, and the future is green.

Breaking News: Salah Entertainer Wins Arabs Got Talent!

He took home the title and beat dozens of other acts that are not limited to singing. The judges adored Salah Entertainer who brought in his show and did something very different. He got people to laugh without saying a word, it's just finny shoes noise and some movements.

He dances, does gymnastics and a dozen other tricks up his sleeve. Something else this Salah guy, and he is ready for prime time. About time to see something kid friendly win this title. He is a cool Algerian-Moroccan act that brighten the day. The 4th season went home West, and this is why Salah got the move votes. The first season went to Egypt, the second went to the Saudis, the third to the Syrians and now this is the time to head out west with this interesting act.

Noon Channel's Biggest Star Releases New Music Video @Mohamd_bashar @NoonKidsTV

Mohammad Bashar the cuddly vocalist from the biggest kid's channel releases a new music video and the internet along with parents rejoice. The Jordan based Noon Channel produces many programs geared toward children. Naturally, kids like the programs that have music in them. Among their many stars one singer stands tall, he is Mohammad Bashar.

Their songs is your standard kid song,\ about doing good, being kind to one's parents and teachers. I trust Bashar might be confused when he walks into a place, and the kids rush to him to greet him. Adults may not care, but he still makes a living doing what he seems to enjoy doing. Bashar is not just a singer, he is actually a trained IT professional in Amman.

During the first 48 hours of this song's release, it had more than 30 thousand views. Needless to say the channels bosses are pleased. Bashar wrote the music here and the video was filmed near Amman, Jordan.

The Original Soccer Massacre Song "My Name Is Anas" Makes Me Cry Every Time

His name is Anas and he happened to like soccer, and went to so many games! He did attend the wrong game that lead to his fate. In Egypt, the famous game where dozens of sport fans got massacred in the city of Port Said. Who killed whom? ask the judges of Egypt and the security forces. But Anas won't answer he is gone.

How could they dare to kill this young boy with that gorgeous smile? That smile and the sad story of Anas prompted Lebanese pop star Wael Jassar to sing a heartbreaking song for him. It's an emotional song in the voice of the young voice. Anas is my name and I doubt he will ever be forgotten. The song comes from the heart and a place of hurt, a moving performance by Wael who knew the tragedy of this boy and his family. Listen to the song and let it in, the closer you listen the wetter your eyes will become

Anas is the poster child of the chaos and mayhem that has resided in Egypt since 2011. He is 15 years old, but has done more for Egypt than most grownups can. My his soul founds peace and his parents find peace in their hearts.

Not A Girl Not Yet A Woman #HalaAlturk - Live In The Moment

A little girl, she is not....but she is not quite ready to be a woman, she is a teen from Bahrain who wants to party and dance with her friends. She is showing a lot of brands and a high sense of fashion as she dishes lessons in Arabic and English about life.

Live in the moment is how she wants her fans to know. It's a cute song for her fans who are growing along with her. I like Hala, she is cool and when she speaks she makes sense. She has shown a lot of promise and now she is transitioning form being a little girl into womanhood...it takes time.

Girl Power Hala Al Turk Wants To Be A Dentist

Hala Turk was a little girl when she did very well on Arabs Got Talent with her music. She is a young woman now and she has new plans and new songs. But she is ready to focus on school and be a dentist. She has a stepmom who is also a songstress, so the completion is tough...though her father is a music producer so she got little to worry about.

Hala sat with Music Nation to talk about her future. I did not quit school, she tells her fans, school is important and she urges the little ones to stick around. Singing is something she likes and enjoys, but she also places a big value on education. She talks about friendships and being a celebrity among her friends.

She also talks about online bullying and negative comments that does not get to her, she knows who she is. She talks about hits, she has about five of them and they are fun and mix Arabic and English. Hala has a big fan base mostly in the Gulf. She is a little girl who knows much about social media and keeping up with her fans. Good luck to her, may mean people take a hint and leave her alone.

Afaf Radi, The Unforgettable Seventies Diva عفاف راضى

One of the most beautiful Egyptian voices is Afaf Radi who came to Cairo to take part of children TV programming and began to make a name for herself in the late sixties and early seventies. She does romantic songs, and children songs like it's nobody's business. She can do that kiddie voice that the little ones and she can pull off the dreamy teenager love voice so well.

Afaf studied the piano at tend years old and graduate with a BS with excellence when she was 18 years old. She did not stop there, she went for a Masters and later a PhD from the art institute in Egypt. She did a number of plays and theater, and one movie. Her movie was son many songs, she co-starred Mahmoud Yaseen in "Moled Ya Donia" One of her many memorable songs is "Egypt is My Mother".

I think of her as the alternative Soaud Hosny, they shares a lot of talents, but what you will notice they both pull the cheeky girl so very well. Afaf also sang for Palestine a number of songs "Jerusalem Will Not Fall" and "Akko--Acre Is My Home" Most of the children songs she sang where written by poet Sayed Hijab and the music is for the late Ammra Sharie. The icing on the cake was her starring on lone TV drama, where she co-starred with one of Egypt's finest composers Baligh Hamdi

@AxeerStudio Tackles Child Labor In Egypt With Osama El Hady

Axeer Studio keeps churning out new indie artists who sing about bigger things. For Axeer Studio, artists and music are meant to be about social and vaguely political things, This once Osama El Hady brings out his guitar and sets his sight on child labor and education. Such choices many in Egypt do not have. Kids work in the streets and skip school.

This is a good song with a cool melody. This is about bring nice to the little ones and keeping on mind they have dreams and lives to live. Do not let them abuse them, have hope. I like Osama, he seems to like the subject matter and he is almost just stopped being a child himself.

This is about realizing that children can have a better future we only need to believe and let them do what's right. However, they do need financial support, this is why the song gives you some ways to help.

Nimble Platinum Records Schools Mammoth Rotana Music! @creatingstars

The growing music production company Platinum Records is playing havoc with the Rotana label. They have some of the brightest and business stars singing under their label. Assaf leads the way, and at least three other Arab Idol alums (Carmen Soliman, Donia Batma and Ziad Khoury)  are under the same label, the young girl from Arabs Got Talent Hala Al Turk is also with them. There are other names like Moroccan pop candy hit-maker Jamila.

Things are looking good for the company and their artists. They are big and small at the same time, they are nimble, but with a huge impact. Platinum Records does customize things and plans for each of its stars. They got a name like Ramy Ayach who remains a household name in Arabic pop and Lebanese music.

The company seems to have locked down all the new and hip names from Arab Idol, so this is a winning strategy for them, to make stars and sign them up. Platinum Records reamins a full-service entertainment company, inclusive of artist, producer and talent management; music publishing; branded content digital platform; touring & merchandising; film & television; new business ventures; and a music label.

This Egyptian Children Song Is Porn--Naked Lady And Spongebob

Children songs in Egypt are scary now...another slum singer Mohamed Abd El Menaam chose to teach the little ones a lesson and he booked a semi-nude belly dancer with busty qualifications to be the role model for these children. Kid, What do you want to be when you grownup? I want to be just like her dance for boys.

This is really sad when kids are used as props or human shields---they song tell kids to drink their milk, study and read. The singer tells them to be good and naughty. This is shit due to the presence of Shams, Egypt's top raising belly dancer. In other coutries they bring a doctor, or an astronaut, they can up that.

Eye-Candy Sandy On Her Music, Her Fans And Trouble @SandySandystar

There's a song in America, that goes like this "I want candy..." in Egypt that song would be "I want Sandy" Sandy is the pop star in Egypt that's making all the waves, she has a new album and she is making the media round. Watch her answer questions from the fans about her music, the new album and her style. She rules teen music, and young adults think the world of her. She has already starred in a movie.

The kids adore her, and they even loved her song in English, she called a song "Lady Killer", not a song that sucks.....so she went with it. She keeps the summer alive in her busy schedule. She is happy about her 14 tracks album where seven of them were hits....

But she likes to record only good songs and release them, quality not quantity. In fairness, her album is her best to date. It shows some maturity and a good taste. She talks about how she likes her concert attendees to give her the good vibe. she likes to get out of Cairo and go to different Egyptian towns for concerts--she feels good about those ones.

This is a detailed interview where she talks about her music and her fans, you do not see this side of her often....

Morocco For Kids By Noon Channel Stars (Video) @NOONKidsChannel

Noon is one of these specialized TV networks for children. They got their performers and kids to do a special song for the Moroccan Kingdom bragging about how nice it's to be living in that part of the world. I am certain Morocco is dazzling, but vocalists who earn their paycheck singing for kids next to little kids may have little to brag about.

I want to visit Morocco, Noon Channel did a good job capturing some of the awesome views from around that dazzling land. As for the song, it's not terrible. They concert was a sold out event, and lots of kids came out for this event, to be with their favorite idols.

Palestinian Reconciliation Might Not Be Real But This Song Is!

Palestinians were all smiles this morning as the good news that they have longed for seems to be happening. A national reconciliation government might be born in few weeks. I am happy as well, this is a timely move to make things better for Palestine. I know if things go well my family in Gaza would do better and the people will not have to suffer unnecessarily. Palestinians are one people we should have one flag and one government.

A young vocalist Mais Shalash released a song about this very subject five years ago, an inclusive song. the young and popular vocalist whose best songs tend to have an Islamic and no music vibe has a good voice. She started as a little girl and now she has outgrown her childhood fame.

She still sings and makes life better for many, but she seems to be on a limited engagement. I have to wait to see if this this unity government will be born and if it does will it last? I hope they hold an election, it's about time. Neither Fateh nor Hamas is strong enough and neither of them have legitimacy.
