Why Is Elissa So Huge On Twitter?

Lebanese singer Elissa is the most famous Arab tweeter. She is a celebrity, but her tweets sound personal. Unlike the others, she sounds like it's really her. She updates her followers many times throughout the day. She is not using it to tweet.

My problem with her twitter account is that they are stingy, the do not retweet people! Haifa is more generous with the re-tweets. I follow both stars, Elissa keep people up to date on her whereabouts, and she does share tons of pictures and stories. At times she sounds like Opera!

I think Elissa is making Twitter popular in Arabia, many people joint it because they read about her tweets. She has always been ahead of the curve. Yes, that makes her a trend sitter.
