Ramy Sabry might be one of the few Egyptian singers who have not sang for the revolution, and his comments on it have not been very positive. He did sing a song pleading with people to protect Egypt, but to me he seems not too hapy about the revolution for some reason .
That's fine, many people have concerns about the transitional Egypt, there is a lot of blame to go around. But Ramy is singing to Egypt, nothing new of course, his latest attempt on songs is to cover the national anthem. The most known song in Egypt that gets people rallied up.
Watch the clip and those dazzling images from Egypt. his is a very smart song that Ramy will not regret singing if anything g bad happens, it's the national anthem for crying out loud.
