The Very Cheap Music Video

I do not know much about Walid Hakeem, an Egyptian singer that sings in the Sh'aby style, that this the style average folks living in marginalized areas of the country Egypt, people with low education often listen to this type, but often the educated check it out when there is something outlandish in the funny sense.

This guy is for sure a weeding singer they bring to party at his tunes, but making a music video makes his price tag a bit higher, as we now know. Gone are the days when your agent could get you a high price, now your music video will for sure put you in a different league, a private club of published musicians, never mind who watches the music video, but having it in the promo material sure helps.

The lyrics might have been written by a makwagy (dry cleaner), a taxi driver or a post man. they make a lot of sense, they are simple, the song does not maky any song, nothing at all. But I am sure someone will find this song funny or someone would like the five cent models the director (seriously) hired for this masterpiece. The music video can be shoot in a someone's garage with a computer any any camera, of course the green screen helps as they add this graphics. You can see the phone number of the singer appear in the music video right in your face....that might be smart for a silly music video that has little to do with talent.
