Mishary Rashid Loves His Egypt

The most famous Saudi singer, that sings for religion, making him munshid has TV networks chasing after him to release his work. He seems like a nice guy, down to earth who spreads good messages about life and religion. It's not Ramdan until you hear and see Mishary on TV welcoming the new month with his special songs

He is the best selling Muslim figure, his sermons and his songs are all over the Arab world. Now he is branching out and sending a love song to Egypt using the Egyptian dialect to get to more people. I am seeing this as a nice gesture from this Saudi talent whose fame and popularity are used to do good and to urge others to do just that.

Mishary does nee fame, he has it. But in this song he is counting the virtues of Egypt, its history and its special place in Islam. He also talks about the Nile river and Al Azhar University. He has a very special voice, a sweet voice that he can use to make any song, but he chooses to sing for bigger things and not just love songs about individuals.
