In all honesty there are dozens of international singers who do songs about Islam, the more the merrier, but Sami Yusuf should be noted as the number one singer who took this style of singing to new territories. He is the true global star of Islam. Coming from England, making it big with Arab, Indian, Turkish, and European and American Muslims who came to adore him.

He is the real deal, and I know he means business. Few week ago he released his third album titled 'Wherever You Are' with 11 stunning tracks about being good and doing good, about Islam its history and its message. Drawing inspiration from the experiences of the past few years, the album juxtaposes Sami’s signature sound with deep and heartfelt lyrics to promote a universal message of love and tolerance. He was in Egypt last week in concerts helping raise funds and raise awareness about children living with cancer.
