Here's another young gun who is recording a prayer this Ramadan season. While too many of those come in Ramadan, not enough of them come from young and talented voices like that of Mohammad Al Mograby. A young pop sensation sounds a lot more mature in this track of his. Maybe we should credit the Egyptian revolution for all those freedom to record and release your track on the airwaves without having to be cut out by the censors.
While the production value of this track seems to be on the higher end, the lyrics are very personal, you sort of don't need a writer for these simple yet powerful words asking the sky for help. Again, this is a smart way to get exposure accompanied by a good deed. Maybe this upcoming Eid season Al Mograby can be seen in concerts.
