So when you are Beyonce, the world is your stage, you go to Egypt in November 2009 and perform there. You took their money and run with it, then two years later, the people overthrow the dictator and his gang of crooks, they stun the people and bring about change to the entire Middle East. While she sang in Port Ghaleb sold out concert in Egypt, the singer had nothing nice to say about the women or the people of that land.
and the only thing this Beyonce had to say about the people of Egypt is something that sounds really dumb. In an interview with the billboard magazine, speaking about women "When I was in Cairo, I saw no women in the streets after the sunset!" The starlet said that she has see many men int he streets going to bars and mosques--she knows a lot about mosques.
when the women of Egypt stood firm next to the males in Tahrir Square and all squares of Egypt demanding equal rights, justice and freedom, Beyonce had nothing to say about those women. She only speaks about not seeing any in the dark. I have been to Egypt and I have seen women in the streets of Cairo-shopping, working and dining out. Those women might be invisible for Beyonce, but the entire world see them and salutes them.
the "put a ring on it" singer is busy helping obese kids get fit with dances and being active, making an appearance in a New york school and dancing with the kids has a good heart, but those remarks have no place in today's world.
