Tony Qattan is living a resurgence in summer music festivals, live events, concerts and online activities. The young charming Jordanian singer packs so much pop hear that his songs make their way in the Middle East like an American passport. Summer of 2012 was his best yet and he shows no sings of slowing down.
Check out his latest single in the Jordanian dialect--maybe also Gulf. A song like a Bedouin would want to hear. Tony does not seem to have no weak song. He records good songs or makes average songs great songs with his charming voice and his warmth.
For a guy who does not live in Cairo or Egypt where most music is made, he has done very well and I can assure you he has one of the most sophisticated fan base. He is one of the things that bring both Jordanians and Palestinians together.
