Chic Egyptain singer ZeeZee Adel who has released two albums, the last one came in 2009 is not making a career shift by getting into the acting business. "Brasca", is an Egyptian play of comedy and music. The role Zeezee will be taking was first played by Egyptian singer/actress Boshra who is unable to take on the role one more time due to her very busy schedule.
Zeezee take on the acting role making her debut in theater, the play is about a Greek revolution lead by a woman who has had with with men in power. Ms. Adel took part of the press conference about the play along with her cast members. I think this is a good move for Zeezee as the music business is not doing too well right now, she can branch out.
Zeezze had a single about how much Egypt means to her, and her previous song was also about Egypt during the Egypt Algeria soccer rivalry in 2009-2010. To me Zeezee is a really cool entertainer with her own style. Think Beyonce and Shakira rolled up in one hip serving.
