The Lebanese rare talent Yara might as well be the nicest girl in the show business. The Young star that released her first song in 2005 has been a hit maker ever since she emerged to the scenes. She seems that this real and innocent voice that sings to the hear and soothes your ears. Guess what, she is still that girl, only a much bigger star.
Yara, adopted a conservative approach to Arabic music, which means she is going to sing and use her voice as well as her natural look. Her debut music video took on the sleazy singers who sing suing their bodies and revealing their skin. The song and the music video were welcomes and a new respectable talent has been established. Three albums later and a dozen of delightful music videos. She is the star of pretty much all the Arab world. The Gulf cannot have enough of her, Lebanon cannot be prouder and Egypt tuned in to this down to earth singer.
Elaph accompanied Yara in a photo shot session, the stylish singer who seems to have a soft spot in her heart for the color red and European fashion. She is about to release a new album with 10 tracks on it, 6 of which will be the work of her manager and buddy musician Tarik Abu Judah. This is an album that I am sure many are waiting for.
