They would roll the red carpet and be the nicest hosts you will ever see. Business people in Dubai know how much money the city has, just look at the obnoxious malls. Malls are not culture but in Dubai they are hoping they would attract tourists dollars. Dubai is a city in a search for culture, and they seem to make their culture--whatever everyone is doing.
Boss Nuit is luck to have Gwyneth Paltrow pimping out their products in Dubai--I am sure both are benefiting. Arabs do love fragrance, and they would shill top dollars. They really dig that stuff and spray themselves with any posh brand. This time women are in luck as this perfume is made for them--the dudes can still enjoy a whiff.
